The Estate Planning Council of Middle TN is a group of professionals whose credentials and business focus concern estate planning.  The purpose of our organization is to promote the common business interests of its members, which is to further the growth and scope of estate planning by intelligent cooperation and understanding of the proper relationship that each type of business or profession bears to the other, to the clients of each, and to the general public. Our organization is collegial and educational in character. Its members include attorneys, trust officers, insurance professionals, CPAs, CFP®s, and other professionals who specialize in the field of estate planning.

Estate Planning Council of Middle Tennessee is affiliated with the National Association of Estate Planners & Councils and joining can fulfill the requirement of belonging to an affiliated local estate planning council to become an Accredited Estate Planner® (AEP®) designee.
