Application Form
Thank you for your interest in the Estate Planning Council of Middle Tennessee. The purposes of the organization are education and collaboration in the field of estate planning. We do not permit solicitation and we do not publish our membership list. Our membership year runs from August through July of each year. We convene on the first Monday of September*, October, November, February, March, and May for a presentation on a topic relevant to estate planning. The presentation is from 5pm - 6pm, with optional dinner and drinks following. (due to Labor Day, in September we meet on the 2nd Monday of the month) Applications for membership and renewal forms are available on this page. While online application or renewal is not currently available online, instructions for submission and payment may be found in the forms.
Estate Planning Council of Middle Tennessee is affiliated with the National Association of Estate Planners & Councils and joining can fulfill the requirement of belonging to an affiliated local estate planning council to become an Accredited Estate Planner® (AEP®) designee. Please contact the national office at 866-226-2224 to learn more about the Accredited Estate Planner® designation.
